Tejidos Elsa is an enterprise in which I make crocheted dolls (“amigurumis”). It is a hobby that has become an opportunity to work from home. Creating each amigurumi requires dedication, work, love, effort and care. Through crochet, I create a product that’s unique in this region. In addition to personalized dolls, I offer souvenir items for the tourism sector, such as key rings with animals from the area and woven bags. Each visitor can take a bit of Costa Rica with them through the experience of acquiring a souvenir hand-made by a local artisan.
